These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and iLoveQR ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the iLoveQR website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

iLoveQR provides a free online QR code generator that allows users to create customizable QR codes for various purposes including, but not limited to:

• Website URLs and links
• Plain text content
• Email addresses and pre-filled emails
• Phone numbers
• SMS messages
• WiFi network credentials
• PDF document links

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the Service to create QR codes that link to or contain illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Not use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

You expressly agree NOT to use the Service to create QR codes that:

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any QR codes generated through the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for using the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iLoveQR and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you create using the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, and may display advertisements from third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party sites or services.

Your interactions with third-party advertisers or the purchase of goods or services from advertisers are solely between you and the third party. We disclaim all liability arising from such interactions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
